Strict Return Eligibility Conditions
Returns and exchanges are accepted within **7 days of delivery**, subject strictly to the following parameters:
- Tag Condition: Returns are permitted ONLY if the official product tag has not been removed. Broken or re-attached tags will void the return request.
- Product Condition: Ornaments must be in their original, unused state. Returns will be refused if the piece is damaged from the customer's side (scratches, deformation, gemstone displacement, or chemical polish erosion).
Quality Audit & Assessment
Once we receive your return item at our Mumbai office, our gemological appraisal team will inspect it against the original security photographs taken before dispatch. If the product passes inspection, the replacement or refund will be processed within 5 business days.
